Adwareonline.com was started in the year 2000 by Ravi Varadarajan and Sundar Raj who have a combined experience of over two decades. The company has since, made giant strides having successfully executed prestigious projects.

About the Founders

Ravi Varadarajan, the face of the company started his career as a medical representative before being drawn to this exciting field over a decade ago. He has been solely responsible for building the enviable clientele of the company. A relationship builder, Ravi thrives on the challenges posed by his clients. His obsession towards his clients is such that he handles all customer enquiries himself and the company does not employ any other sales staff.

Sundar Raj, the lesser known among the two, is the man behind all happenings back stage. He started his career as a supervisor, 15 years ago, at a now  leading printing press. Sundar is responsible for the wide range of products that the company offers today. Having an eye for innovation, Sundar ensures that all campaigns assigned to the company are executed on time, every time.

About the future

The company is poised for growth and has major expansion plans. The company will soon launch a new promotional product never before made in India.  Ravi, shares their new plans, saying, “With more and more companies setting up base here and the ever increasing employment opportunities, the need to recognize and award performers is on the rise”.
